At long last we finally have an approved plan, a somewhat different version of our original plan

| but we will finally have an updated park, complete with a large gazebo and
|
| two new model planes!!
|
| We can feel the excitement building, just like when we got rolling with the original park.
|
| We are planning to commence building in the Spring of 2010.

| MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOW DUE FOR 2009 |
| Memberships for Zurakowski Park are now due. The cost for a single
|
| membership is $10 and for a family is $15.00
|
| Renew your membership, receive our unique membership card and a newsletter later on in the year.
|
| By becoming a member, you are assisting the Park Project to move forward.

| Exciting News! |
| Zurakowski Park now has its own cancellation stamp at Canada Post!
|
| The stamp consists of a line drawing of the Avro Arrow showing Barry's Bay and
|
| the date of mailing. The next time you mail a letter or package, please go to the
|
| counter at the post office and ask for the cancellation stamp to be used.
|
| It doesn't cost anything and is a great way to show your support. The stamp will
|
| be used indefinitely by Canada Post for whoever requests it.
